INTRODUCTION

EVENT WITH A TOUCH OF CLASS

  • The Organizers of "Nigel Boere Landbouskou" will do anything possible to promote an Excellent Event. This is a Community Event by the Community for the Community. It promises to be "ONE AMAZING EVENT"
  • The focus and emphasis is placed on the General Public and Farmers. This is a great Fair / Exhibition with Fun and Entertainment for the whole family. The name Nigel Boere Landbouskou TELLS IT ALL, Exhibitions with a touch of CLASS.

EVENT DATE: 02 – 04 May 2025 @ the John Vorster Stadium in Nigel.

STALL BOOKINGS - STANDARD PRCEDURE:

  • Exhibitors are required to complete the exhibitor’s Application Form in detail / in full.
  • Upon making an online booking for exhibition space at the Nigel Boere Landbouskou, the system will give you the option to read The RULES AND REGULATIONS / TERMS AND CONDITIONS and unless you confirm that you have read the Rules and Regulations / Terms and Conditions and will adhere thereto, your booking will not be processed.
  • It is important that Exhibitors / Vendors will abide with all our Rules and Regulations / Terms and Conditions.
  • Exhibitors / Vendors at the Nigel Boere Landbouskou must share the Rules and Regulations / Terms and Conditions with their Staff and Representatives and will be held accountable should their Staff and Representatives violate the Rules and Regulations / Terms and Conditions.

RIGHTS RESERVED BY THE ORGANIZERS OF NIGEL BOERE LANDBOUSKOU:

  • The Right of Admission is RESERVED.
  • The Management OF Nigel Boere Landbouskou reserves the right to prohibit the sale of any Article / Item and / or Literature which they may consider undesirable, or, that was not approved in accordance with the Specific Application to Exhibit.
  • The Organizers of the Nigel Boere Landbouskou reserves the right to reallocate an Exhibition Stand / Stands if deemed necessary.
  • FOR THE PURPOSES OF EFFECTIVE SECURITY MEASURES, NO PARTIES, RECEPTIONS OR SOCIAL GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED ON THE TERRAIN. The Organizers of Nigel Boere Landbouskou reserves the right to ban Instigators from the event without any refund whatsoever. Instigation - Gossiping or Negative Actions and Attitudes from any of the Exhibitors before, during and after the Event is Strictly Prohibited. Failure to comply with this condition may result in an immediate ban from the Event / Venue without any refund.

STANDARD EXHIBITION RULES - STALL SETUP, PREPERATION and USE:

  • SLEEPING OVER ONSITE: Exhibitors / Vendors or their Staff may only overnight on the premises, with duly written consent from the Organizers of the Nigel Boere Landbouskou. In such an event permission will only be granted to those with legal documentation, and certified copies of their IDs and Proof of Residence will have to be submitted.
  • Stalls can be prepared from Wednesday 30 April 2025. The gates will officially open on Friday 02 May 2025 at 09:00 sharp and all stalls to be ready to trade.
  • No permanent structures may be erected at the venue.
  • Exhibitors must please remove all cardboard boxes, Packaging material and trailers in which exhibition material / products were packed from the exhibition site.
  • All Stalls / Exhibition Stalls / Stands to be erected in such a way as to NOT to obstruct excess to other Exhibition Stalls / Stands.
  • An Exhibition Stall may not project into the public walkways and may not exceed the Stall / Stand boundaries.
  • Exhibitors / Vendors will only use their stalls in accordance with the approval from the Organizer / Organizers of the Nigel Boere Landbouskou.
  • All Exhibitors will be responsible for their OWN PROFITS OR LOSSES.
  • Exhibitors / Vendors should at all times ensure a High Class Exhibition Stand / Stall that will meet our requirements. The Exhibitor shall, for the entire duration of the show and at his own expense, keep his exhibition area neat, clean and hygienic.
  • SUBLETTING: Under no circumstances are Exhibitors allowed to share any part of the stand allocated to them without the consent of the Organizers of the Nigel Boere Landbouskou.
  • All Exhibitions must be manned at all times during the Event. Stalls should not be left unattended and must at all times (for the duration of our Exhibition) remain occupied.
  • ACCESS AND USE OF VEHICLES: No Exhibitor / Vendor will be allowed access of a vehicle onto the terrain during the Nigel Boere Landbouskou. Only vehicles of service providers will be allowed and only in exceptional circumstances.
  • DELIVERIES: Exhibitors will not be allowed to transport exhibition material to and from the grounds during official show hours. Deliveries will only be allowed in the mornings between 06:30 - 08:30.Vehicle access is subject to certain conditions that must be strictly adhered to. Permission in terms of this clause will be granted at the discretion of the organizers and is not a right in terms of the Exhibitor’s Agreement.
  • DIRECT SALES: Direct sales or order taking is allowed at Nigel Boere Landbouskou. Please ensure sufficient stock for the duration of the event.
  • Exhibitors are required to inform the Organizers of Nigel Boere Landbouskou beforehand of all the products that will be displayed and/or sold at their stands.
  • The Online Application Process makes provision to list all products that are supposed to form part of the Exhibition Stall.
  • Upon Request, such form may be forwarded by e-mail or WhatsApp to a Potential Exhibitor to enable the Exhibitor to list his / her products on Exhibition or For Sale.
  • Any Article / Item not specified by the Exhibitor and for that matter Not Approved by the Organizers, will on request, have to be removed by the Exhibitor and may not form part of the Exhibition and Stall Trade.
  • Exhibitors failing to comply with any clause of this agreement, will risk losing their stands without any refunds.
  • BREAKDOWN OF STALLS: No exhibitor may partially or totally dismantle his / her exhibition or remove it from his / her Stand before 17:00 on Sunday the 04th of May 2023 - This includes any product, exhibition material, banners and pamphlets or any item which may have formed part of the original exhibition. No exceptions will be considered and exhibitors failing to comply with this condition, will forfeit their exhibition rights for the future.
  • Cancellation Clause: no refunds will be made in respect of the stall once the booking is finalized.
  • Postponement of the Event: Any event may be postponed due an Act of God, Civil Unrest or due to any unforeseen circumstances prohibiting the Event from taking place.

ADDITIONAL EXHIBITION RULES - STALL SETUP, PREPERATION and USE:

  • Demonstrations are vitally important to Exhibitors / Vendors. It is expected of Exhibitors / Vendors to exhibit their products at their sites in such a way that it can be demonstrated to visitors. Selected / Designated Demonstration areas will also be available.
  • Exhibitors / Vendors will not be allowed to demonstrate drones on the terrain.
  • BRANDING OPPORTUNITIES: The Show offers Great Opportunities to launch, introduce and exhibit products.
  • NOISE AND PRESENTATIONS AT STANDS: No loudspeakers or sound boosters are allowed at stands without prior written consent from the Organizers of Nigel Boere Landbouskou.
  • PROMOTIONAL ITEMS: The distribution of Pamphlets, Balloons or other promotional items may only be done with the consent of the Organizers of Nigel Boere Landbouskou.
  • Flags improve the appearance and appeal of outdoor exhibitions and Exhibitors / Vendors are requested to make use thereof when designing their stands, without exceeding the boundaries of the sites. Special request may be done for additional branding rights as to flags and banners displays on other parts of the venue.
  • WEBSITE / CATALOGUE ENTRIES: Nigel Boere Landbouskou undertakes to publish a list of all exhibitors on our website, and an alphabetical index of exhibitors in the official program. The list will include the exhibitor’s name, stand number and contact details as well as the generic products on exhibition.

ELECTRICAL SUPPLY AND INSTALLATIONS:

  • Since our power supply is limited, Exhibitors / Vendors must apply to the Organizers of Nigel Boere Landbouskou for electricity points upon application. Exhibitors / Vendors will be limited to 10 amperes and 20 amperes respectively. Hotplates, Kettles Urns and percolators will only be allowed at the Food Stalls.
  • Exhibitors / Vendors may, by no means, remove bulbs to obtain more power to their stands. An exhibitor may, under no circumstances, draw electricity directly for the facility by means of his / her own installation or coupling.
  • Installations which are not approved by the Organizers, will not be allowed and such installations will be removed summarily.

GENERAL:

  • STAND ATTENDANTS / REPRESENTATIVES: Exhibitors / Vendors should arrange for at least one representative to be in control of their stand / stands during the times when the Nigel Boere Landbouskou is Operational. It is important to be security conscious at the event. Together we can minimize crime and secure a Safe Environment for all during the Nigel Boere Landbouskou.

REMOVAL OF EXHIBITION:

  • With the exception of goods that have been sold directly to the public, no exhibition or part thereof may be removed from the Nigel Boere Landbouskou before the end of the Event.
  • REMOVAL OF GOODS FROM STAND / STALL: Exhibitors who do not wish to risk leaving their goods at their stands overnight should reconsider exhibiting at Nigel Boere Landbouskou. No special arrangements will be made for the daily removal of products unless prior written consent is obtained from the Organizers and Management of Nigel Boere Landbouskou, which consent will be granted at the discretion of the Organizers / Management and will not be a right in terms of the Exhibition Agreement.

COMPETITIONS AND FUND-RAISING:

  • Only permitted, approved and authorized Charity Organizations may promote Competitions and Fund-Raising Projects at their Exhibitions Stands or Elsewhere on the Premises as per approval.

ENTERTAINMENT:

  • As Nigel Boere Landbouskou is primarily a place of business, emphasis should be placed on the promotion of products, information and services. Exhibitors / Vendors will not be allowed to present any form of entertainment on their stands. This includes shows, music, jumping castles without the written consent of the Organizers of Nigel Boere Landbouskou.

IMPORTANT NOTICES:

JOC - JOINT OPERATIONS COMMITTEE OFFICE:

  • Our Joint Operations Committee application is in process for this Special Event and a Safety Officer has been appointed. Our Joint Operations Committee comprise of a SAPS Representative, our Health and Safety Officer, our Security Representative, Medical Support Services, Fire Brigade Representative, Representative of the Health Department, Cleaning Services, The Organizers of the Nigel Boere Landbouskou.
  • At the event we will operate a functional JOC Office to attend to all forms of emergencies.

MEDICAL SUPPORT SERVICES:

  • Basic Medical Services will only be available during the course of the event and Exhibitors / Vendors / Contractors will be responsible for their own medical expenses that may occur during the build-up or breakdown periods.

HEALTH AND SAFETY:

  • Nigel Boere Landbouskou has appointed a Health and Safety Officer for the Event to be responsible for the inspection of Stalls / Stands and to see if it meets the necessary legal requirements.

SECURITY:

  • Nigel Boere Landbouskou is utilizing the Services of an External Security Company and every care will be given to secure the property of our Valued Exhibitors / Vendors. It must however be clearly understood and noted that the Organizers of Nigel Boere Landbouskou and the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality will not accept any responsibility for the theft, loss or damage of goods for whatsoever reason during the Event / Show.
  • Exhibitors / Vendors should arrange for at least one representative to be in control of their stand / stands during the times when the Nigel Boere Landbouskou is Operational. It is important to be security conscious at the event. Together we can minimize crime and secure a Safe Environment for all during the Nigel Boere Landbouskou.
  • For the purposes of effective Security Measures and Control, NO PARTIES, RECEPTIONS or SOCIAL GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED ON THE TERRAIN. The Organizers of Nigel Boere Landbouskou reserves the right to BAN INSTIGATORS from the event without any refund whatsoever.
  • Instigation - Gossiping or Negative Actions and Attitudes from any of the Exhibitors before, during and after the Event is Strictly Prohibited. Failure to comply with this condition may result in an immediate ban from the Event / Venue without any refund.

DAMAGE OR MALICIOUS DAMAGE TO PROPERTY:

  • Exhibitors / Vendors will be held liable for any damages caused to any facility / structure or the premises, or to another Exhibitor / Vendor’s Property.

AMENDMENT TO OUR RULES AND REGULATIONS / TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • These regulations are, at all times, subject to amendments and supplements at the discretion of the Organizers of the Nigel Boere Landbouskou.

ALCOHOL REGULATION:

  • Alcohol may be tasted, sold and consumed at the various Bars / Beer Gardens. STRICTLY NO LIQUOR SALE TO UNDER 18's subject to the Liquor License Regulations and Permits. Exhibitors must please refrain from consuming alcohol during the Event / Show times. Spectators / Guests may not bring any liquor nor Cooler Boxes on site.

PUBLIC LIABILITY:

  • Nigel Boere Landbouskou Public Liability Insurance Policy does not cover the Exhibitor / Vendor or their Staff or Exhibition. It would therefore be in the interest of the Exhibitor / Vendor to obtain his own Public Liability Insurance for the duration of the Nigel Boere Landbouskou.

INSURANCE:

  • Nigel Boere Landbouskou is utilizing the Services of an External Security Company and every care will be given to secure the property of our Valued Exhibitors / Vendors, but it must be clearly understood and noted that the Organizers of Nigel Boere Landbouskou and the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality will not accept any responsibility for the theft, loss or damage of goods for whatsoever reason. Exhibitors / Vendors must please arrange with their own Insurance Companies for the necessary Insurance Cover.

ALTERATIONS TO PROGRAM:

  • Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may cause alterations to the program.

DISCLAIMER NOTICE:

  • I understand that the Organizers of Nigel Boere Landbouskou / the Suid Afrikaanse Mielie Produsente Organisasie or any of the Co-Organizers / Sponsors or the City of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality, or any of their staff / staff members, won’t accept any responsibility for any loss or damage that I may encounter as a result of my exhibition, and that I have to arrange with my own insurers for the necessary insurance cover.
  • I was furthermore advised that the Organizers of Nigel Boere Landbouskou / the Suid Afrikaanse Mielie Produsente Organisasie or any of the Co-Organizers / Sponsors or the City of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality, or any of their staff / staff members, won’t accept any responsibility for any form of injuries, accidents or even the accidental death to any person arising from attendance and or program participation. Entrance at own risk.
  • The terms of this notice is severable. Should any legislation restrict or prohibit the effect of this notice, such restriction or prohibition shall not invalidate the balance of this notice.

PERSONAL ACCEPTANCE AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS / TERMS AND CONDITIONS by the Exhibitor / Vendor at the Nigel Boere Landbouskou:

  • I have read ALL the Rules and Regulations / Terms and Conditions of Nigel Boere Landbouskou.
  • I will make all my / our Representatives and Staff aware of the Rules and Regulations / Terms and Conditions and I / we will adhere to all the Rules and Regulations / Terms and Conditions.

Die Organiseerders van DIE "Nigel Boere Landbouskou" sal alles moontlik doen om 'n Uitstekende geleentheid te bevorder. Hierdie is 'n Gemeenskapsgeleentheid deur die Gemeenskap vir die Gemeenskap. Dit beloof om "EEN FANTASTIESE SKOU" te wees.

Die fokus en klem word op die algemene publiek en boeregemeenskap geplaas. Dit is 'n Uithaler Skou / Uitstalling met Pret en Vermaak vir die hele gesin. Die naam Nigel Boere Landbouskou Sê DIT ALLES, Uitstallings met 'n tikkie KLAS.

STALLETJIE BESPREKINGS - STANDAARD PRSEDURE:

  • Daar word van uitstallers verwag om die Aansoekvorm volledig te voltooi.
  • Tydens die aanlyn bespreking vir uitstalruimte by die Nigel Boere Landbouskou, sal die stelsel jou die opsie gee om Die REËLS EN REGULASIES / BEPALINGS EN VOORWAARDES te lees en tensy jy bevestig dat jy die Reëls en Regulasies / Bepalings en Voorwaardes gelees het en aanvaar, sal jou bespreking nie verwerk word nie.
  • Dit is belangrik dat Uitstallers by al ons Reëls en Regulasies / Bepalings en Voorwaardes sal hou.
  • Uitstallers by die Nigel Boere Landbouskou moet die Reëls en Regulasies / Bepalings en Voorwaardes met hul Personeel en of Verteenwoordigers deel en sal aanspreeklik gehou word indien hul Personeel en of Verteenwoordigers die Reëls en Regulasies / Bepalings en Voorwaardes oortree.

REGTE WORD VOORBEHOU DEUR DIE ORGANISEERDERS VAN NIGEL BOERE LANDBOUSKOU:

  • Die Reg van Toegang word VOORBEHOU.
  • Die Bestuur van die Nigel Boere Landbouskou behou die reg voor om die verkoop van enige Artikel / Item en / of Literatuur wat hulle as ongewens beskou, of wat nie in ooreenstemming met die Spesifieke Aansoek om uit te stal goedgekeur is nie, te verbied.
  • Die Organiseerders van die Nigel Boere Landbouskou behou die reg voor om 'n uitstalruimte te skuif indien dit nodig geag sou word.
  • VIR DIE DOELEINDES VAN DOELTREFFENDE VEILIGHEIDSMAATREËLS WORD GEEN SAMEDROMMINGS OF SOSIALE BYEENKOMSTE OP DIE TERREIN TOEGELAAT NIE. Die Organiseerders van die Nigel Boere Landbouskou behou die reg voor om Opstokers by die Skou summier te verban sonder enige terugbetaling hoegenaamd.
  • Aanhitsing - Skinder of Negatiewe Optrede en Houdings van enige van die Uitstallers,  voor, tydens en / of na die Skou is streng verbode. Versuim om aan hierdie voorwaarde te voldoen kan lei tot 'n onmiddellike verbaning by die Skou sonder enige terugbetaling.

STANDAARD UITSTALLING REËLS - OPSTEL, VOORBEREIDING en GEBRUIK:

  • OORSLAAP OP TERREIN: Uitstallers of hul Personeel mag slegs op die perseel oornag, met behoorlike skriftelike toestemming van die Organiseerders van die Nigel Boere Landbouskou. Toestemming sal slegs verleen word aan diegene met regsgeldige dokumentasie, gewaarmerkte afskrifte van hul ID's en bewys van verblyf.
  • Stalletjies kan voorberei word vanaf Woensdag 30 April 2025. Die hekke sal amptelik op Vrydag 02 Mei 2025 om 09:00 oopmaak en alle stalletjies moet gereed wees om handel te dryf.
  • Geen permanente strukture mag op die perseel opgerig word nie.
  • Uitstallers moet asseblief alle kartondose, Verpakkingsmateriaal en sleepwaens waarin uitstalmateriaal / produkte verpak was van die uitstalterrein verwyder.
  • Alle Stalletjies / Uitstalruimtes moet op so 'n manier opgerig word dat dit NIE die toegand tot ander Uitstalruimtes / Stalletjies belemmer nie.
  • Uitstallings mag nie die publiek se loopspasie in die wandelpaadjies belemmer nie.
  • Uitstallers sal slegs hul stalletjies gebruik in ooreenstemming met die goedkeuring van die Organiseerder / Organiseerders van die Nigel Boere Landbouskou.
  • Alle Uitstallers sal verantwoordelik wees vir hul EIE WINS OF VERLIES.
  • Uitstallers moet te alle tye 'n Hoë Klas Uitstalling by hul Stalletjies Uitstalruimte verseker wat aan ons vereistes sal voldoen. Die Uitstaller sal, vir die hele duur van die skou en op eie koste, sy uitstalarea netjies, skoon en higiënies hou.
  • ONDERVERHURING: Uitstallers word onder geen omstandighede toegelaat om enige deel van die uitstalruimte wat aan hulle toegeken is te deel sonder die toestemming van die Organiseerders van Nigel Boere Landbouskou nie.
  • Alle uitstallings moet te alle tye tydens die Geleentheid beman word. Stalletjies moet nie onbewaak gelaat word nie en moet te alle tye (vir die duur van ons Skou) beman bly.
  • TOEGANG EN GEBRUIK VAN VOERTUIE: Geen uitstaller sal tydens die Nigel Boere Landbouskou toegang van 'n voertuig tot die terrein toegelaat word nie. Slegs voertuie van diensverskaffers sal toegelaat word en slegs in uitsonderlike omstandighede.
  • AFLEWERING: Uitstallers sal nie toegelaat word om uitstalmateriaal na en van die terrein tydens amptelike skouure te vervoer nie. Aflewerings sal slegs soggens tussen 06:30 - 08:30 toegelaat word.Voertuigtoegang is onderhewig aan sekere voorwaardes wat streng nagekom moet word. Toestemming in terme van hierdie klousule sal na goeddunke van die organiseerders verleen word en is nie 'n reg in terme van die Uitstaller se Ooreenkoms nie.
  • DIREKTE VERKOPE: Direkte verkope of bestellings word by Nigel Boere Landbouskou toegelaat. Verseker asseblief genoeg voorraad vir die duur van die Skou.
  • Uitstallers moet die Organiseerders van die Nigel Boere Landbouskou vooraf in kennis te stel van al die produkte wat by hul stalletjies uitgestal en/of verkoop gaan word.
  • Die Aanlyn Aansoekproses / prosedure maak voorsiening om alle produkte te lys wat veronderstel is om deel te vorm van die Uitstalling.
  • So 'n vorm kan op versoek aan 'n potensiële uitstaller per e-pos of WhatsApp gestuur word om die uitstaller in staat te stel om sy/haar produkte op uitstalling of te koop te lys.
  • Enige Artikel / Item wat nie deur die uitstaller gespesifiseer is en wat derhalwe nie deur die Organiseerder / Organiseerders goedgekeur is nie, sal op versoek deur die uitstaller verwyder moet word en mag nie vir 'n deel van die uitstalling en stalletjiehandel nie.
  • Uitstallers wat versuim om enige klousule van hierdie ooreenkoms na te kom, sal die risiko loop om hul stalletjies te verloor sonder enige terugbetalings.
  • AFBREEK VAN STALLETJIES: Geen uitstaller mag sy / haar uitstalling gedeeltelik of heeltemal afbreek of van sy / haar Standplaas verwyder voor 17:00 op Sondag die 04de Mei  2025 nie - Dit sluit enige produk, uitstalmateriaal, baniere en pamflette of enige item in wat moontlik deel van die oorspronklike uitstalling gevorm het. Geen uitsonderings sal oorweeg word nie en uitstallers wat nie aan hierdie voorwaarde voldoen nie, sal hul uitstalregte vir die toekoms verbeur.
  • Kansellasieklousule: geen terugbetalings sal gemaak word ten opsigte van die stalletjie sodra die bespreking gefinaliseer is nie.
  • Uitstel van die Skou: Enige Skou / Aanbieding kan uitgestel word as gevolg van 'n Natuurramp, Burgerlike Onrus of as gevolg van enige onvoorsiene omstandighede wat die Geleentheid genootsaak om nie plaas te vind, maar uitgestel te word.

BYKOMENDE UITSTALLING REËLS - OPSTEL, VOORBEREIDING en GEBRUIK:

  • Demonstrasies is uiters belangrik vir Uitstallers. Daar word van Uitstallers verwag om hul produkte op hul terreine uit te stal op so 'n wyse dat dit aan besoekers gedemonstreer kan word. Geselekteerde demonstrasie-areas sal ook beskikbaar wees.
  • Uitstallers sal nie toegelaat word om hommeltuie (Drones) op die terrein te demonstreer nie.
  • BEMARKINGSGELEENTHEDE: Die Skou bied puik geleenthede vir produk Tentoonstelling en Bekendstelling.
  • GERAAS EN AANBIEDINGS BY STALLETJIES: Geen luidsprekers of klankversterkers word by staanplekke toegelaat sonder vooraf skriftelike toestemming van die Organiseerder / Organiseerders van die Nigel Boere Landbouskou nie.
  • PROMOSIE-ITEMS: Die verspreiding van Pamflette, Ballonne of ander promosie-items mag slegs met die toestemming van die Organiseerder / Organiseerders van Nigel Boere Landbouskou gedoen word.
  • Vlae verbeter die voorkoms en aantrekkingskrag van buiteluguitstallings en Uitstallers word versoek om daarvan gebruik te maak wanneer hulle hul Staanplekke ontwerp, sonder om die grense van die Uitstalruimte te oorskry. Spesiale versoeke kan gedoen word vir addisionele handelsmerkregte met betrekking tot vlae en baniere wat op ander dele van die Terrein vertoon kan word.
  • WEBWERF / KATALOGUS INSKRYWINGS: Nigel Boere Landbouskou onderneem om 'n lys van alle uitstallers op ons webwerf te publiseer, en 'n alfabetiese indeks van uitstallers in die amptelike program. Die lys sal die uitstaller se naam, standplaasnommer en kontakbesonderhede asook die generiese produkte op uitstalling insluit.

ELEKTRIESE VOORSIENING EN INSTALLASIES:

  • Aangesien ons kragtoevoer beperk is, moet Uitstallers tydens hul aansoek om by die Skou uit te stal aansoek doen vir elektrisiteitspunte. Uitstallers sal beperk word tot 10 ampère en 20 ampère onderskeidelik. Kookplate, ketels Urns en Perkolators sal slegs by die Kosstalletjies toegelaat word.
  • Uitstallers mag geensins gloeilampe verwyder om meer krag na hul staanplekke te verkry nie. 'n Uitstaller mag onder geen omstandighede elektrisiteit direk vir die fasiliteit trek deur middel van sy / haar eie installasie of koppeling nie.
  • Installasies wat nie deur die Organiseerders goedgekeur is nie, sal nie toegelaat word nie en sodanige installasies sal summier verwyder word.

ALGEMEEN:

  • STALLETJIE PERSONEEL / VERTEENWOORDIGERS: Uitstallers moet reël dat ten minste een verteenwoordiger in beheer is van hul stalletjies gedurende die tye wanneer die Nigel Boere Landbouskou in plaasvind. Dit is belangrik om sekuriteitsbewus te wees tydens die Skou. Saam kan ons misdaad bekamp en 'n Veilige Omgewing vir almal verseker tydens die Nigel Boere Landbouskou.

VERWYDERING VAN UITSTALLING:

  • Met die uitsondering van goedere wat direk aan die publiek verkoop is, mag geen uitstalling of deel daarvan voor die einde van die Nigel Boere Landbouskou verwyder word nie.
  • VERWYDERING VAN GOEDERE VAN STAANPLEK / STALLJIE: Uitstallers wat nie die risiko wil waag om hul goedere oornag by hul stalletjies te los, moet dit heroorweeg om by die Nigel Boere Landbouskou uit te stal. Geen spesiale reëlings sal getref word vir die daaglikse verwydering van produkte tensy vooraf skriftelike toestemming van die Organiseerder / Organiseerders en Bestuur van die Nigel Boere Landbouskou verkry is nie, welke toestemming verleen sal word na goeddunke van die Organiseerder / Organiseerders en nie 'n reg sal wees in terme van die Uitstallingsooreenkoms.

KOMPETISIES EN FONDSINSAMELING:

  • Slegs toegelate, goedgekeurde en gemagtigde liefdadigheidsorganisasies mag kompetisies en fondsinsamelingsprojekte by hul uitstallings of elders op die perseel bevorder soos per goedkeuring.

VERMAAK:

  • Aangesien die Nigel Boere Landbouskou primêr 'n besigheidsplek is, moet klem gelê word op die bevordering van produkte, inligting en dienste. Uitstallers sal nie toegelaat word om enige vorm van vermaak op hul stalletjies aan te bied nie. Dit sluit vertonings, musiek, springkastele in sonder die skriftelike toestemming van die Organiseerder / Organiseerders van die Nigel Boere Landbouskou.

BELANGRIKE KENNISGEWINGS:

JOC - GESAMENTLIKE OPERASIEKOMITEEKANTOOR:

  • Ons Gesamentlike Operasionele Komitee-aansoek (JOC) is in proses vir hierdie Spesiale Geleentheid / Skou en 'n Veiligheidsbeampte is aangestel. Ons gesamentlike bedryfskomitee bestaan uit 'n SAPD-verteenwoordiger, ons gesondheids- en veiligheidsbeampte, ons sekuriteitsverteenwoordiger, mediese ondersteuningsdienste, brandweerverteenwoordiger, verteenwoordiger van die gesondheidsdepartement, skoonmaakdienste, die organiseerders van die Nigel Boere Landbouskou.
  • By die geleentheid sal ons 'n funksionele JOC-kantoor bedryf om aan alle vorme van noodgevalle aandag te gee.

MEDIESE BYSTANDSDIENSTE:

  • Basiese Mediese Dienste sal slegs gedurende die loop van die Skou beskikbaar wees en Uitstallers / Kontrakteurs sal verantwoordelik wees vir hul eie mediese uitgawes wat tydens die opbou- of breekperiodes mag voorkom.

GESONDHEID EN VEILIGHEID:

  • Nigel Boere Landbouskou het 'n Gesondheids- en Veiligheidsbeampte vir die Geleentheid aangestel om verantwoordelik te wees vir die inspeksie van Stalletjies / Staanplekke en om te kyk of dit aan die nodige wetlike vereistes voldoen.

SEKURITEIT:

  • Nigel Boere Landbouskou maak gebruik van die dienste van 'n eksterne sekuriteitsmaatskappy en alle sorg sal gegee word om die eiendom van ons Gewaardeerde Uitstallers te beveilig. Dit moet egter duidelik verstaan en daarop gelet word dat die Organiseerders van Nigel Boere Landbouskou en die Ekurhuleni Metropolitaanse Munisipaliteit geen verantwoordelikheid sal aanvaar vir die diefstal, verlies of beskadiging van goedere om watter rede ook al, tydens die Skou nie.
  • Uitstallers moet reël dat ten minste een verteenwoordiger in beheer is van hul stalletjies gedurende die tye wanneer die Nigel Boere Landbouskou Bedryf word. Dit is belangrik om sekuriteitsbewus te wees by die geleentheid. Saam kan ons misdaad bekamp en 'n Veilige Omgewing vir almal verseker tydens die Nigel Boere Landbouskou.
  • Vir die doeleindes van effektiewe Sekuriteits / Veiligheidmaatreëls en Beheer, WORD GEEN SAMEDROMMINGS of SOSIALE BYEENKOMSTE OP DIE TERREIN TOEGELAAT NIE. Die Organiseerders van Nigel Boere Landbouskou behou die reg voor om OPSTOKERS summier by die Skou te VERBAN sonder enige terugbetaling hoegenaamd.
  • Aanhitsing - Skinder of Negatiewe Optrede en Houdings van enige van die Uitstallers,  voor, tydens en na die Skou is streng verbode. Versuim om aan hierdie voorwaarde te voldoen kan lei tot 'n onmiddellike verbaning by die Skou sonder enige terugbetaling.

SKADE OF KWAADWILIGE SAAKBESKADIGING AAN EIENDOM:

  • Uitstallers / Verkopers sal aanspreeklik gehou word vir enige skade aangerig aan enige fasiliteit / struktuur of die perseel, of aan 'n ander Uitstaller / Verkoper se Eiendom.

WYSIGING AAN ONS REËLS EN REGULASIES / BEPALINGS EN VOORWAARDES:

  • Hierdie regulasies is te alle tye onderhewig aan wysigings en aanvullings na goeddunke van die Organiseerders van die Nigel Boere Landbouskou.

ALKOHOL REGULASIE:

  • Alkohol kan by die verskillende kroeë / biertuine geproe, verkoop en gebruik word. GEEN ALKOHOL MAG AAN ONDER 18's verkoop word nie en is onderhewig aan die Dranklisensieregulasies en Permitte. Uitstallers moet asseblief hulself daarvan weerhou om alkohol te gebruik tydens die Skou tye. Toeskouers / Gaste mag geen drank of koelbokse op die perseel inbring nie.

PUBLIEKE AANSPREEKLIKHEID:

  • Nigel Boere Landbouskou Openbare Aanspreeklikheidsversekeringspolis dek nie die Uitstaller of hul Personeel of Uitstalling nie. Dit sal dus in die belang van die Uitstaller wees om sy eie Openbare Aanspreeklikheidsversekering vir die duur van die Nigel Boere Landbouskou te bekom.

VERSEKERING:

  • Nigel Boere Landbouskou maak gebruik van die dienste van 'n Eksterne Sekuriteitsmaatskappy en alle sorg sal gegee word om die eiendom van ons Gewaardeerde Uitstallers te beveilig en beskerm, maar dit moet duidelik verstaan word en daarop gelet word dat die Organiseerders van die Nigel Boere Landbouskou en die Ekurhuleni Metropolitaanse Munisipaliteit geen verantwoordelikheid sal aanvaar vir die diefstal, verlies of skade van goedere om watter rede ook al nie. Uitstallers moet asseblief met hul eie versekeringsmaatskappye reël vir die nodige versekeringsdekking.

WYSIGINGS AAN PROGRAM:

  • Weerstoestande, of onvoorsiene omstandighede kan veranderings aan die program veroorsaak.

VRYWARINGKENNISGEWING:

  • Ek verstaan dat die Organiseerders van Nigel Boere Landbouskou / die Suid Afrikaanse Mielie Produsente Organisasie of enige van die Mede-organiseerders / Borge of die Stad Ekurhuleni Metropolitaanse Munisipaliteit, of enige van hul personeel / personeellede, geen verantwoordelikheid sal aanvaar vir enige verlies of skade wat ek as gevolg van my uitstalling mag teëkom, en dat ek met my eie versekeraars moet reël vir die nodige versekeringsdekking.
  • Ek is verder ingelig dat die Organiseerders van die Nigel Boere Landbouskou / die Suid Afrikaanse Mielie Produsente Organisasie of enige van die mede-organiseerders / borge of die Stad van Ekurhuleni Metropolitaanse Munisipaliteit, of enige van hul personeel / personeellede, geen verantwoordelikheid sal aanvaar nie. vir enige vorm van beserings, ongelukke of selfs die toevallige dood aan enige persoon wat voortspruit uit die bywoning en of programdeelname. Toegang op eie risiko.
  • Die bepalings van hierdie kennisgewing is skeibaar. Indien enige wetgewing die effek van hierdie kennisgewing beperk of verbied, sal sodanige beperking of verbod nie die balans van hierdie kennisgewing ongeldig maak nie.

PERSOONLIKE AANVAARDING EN ERKENNING VAN DIE REËLS EN REGULASIES / BEPALINGS EN VOORWAARDES deur die Uitstaller by die Nigel Boere Landbouskou:

 

  • Ek het AL die Reëls en Regulasies / Bepalings en Voorwaardes van die Nigel Boere Landbouskou gelees.
  • Ek sal al my / ons verteenwoordigers en personeel bewus maak van die Reëls en Regulasies / Bepalings en Voorwaardes en ek / ons sal voldoen aan al die Reëls en Regulasies / Bepalings en Voorwaardes.
